Wall Street week in positive but with worriesFITITOL–>FXstreet.com (C?rdoba) ? U.S. markets ended mix Friday. The Dow Jones lost 0.35% ending a nine day streak of gains. The Nasdaq rose only 0.05%. Main stocks indexes lost most of their gains for the week. Despite holding at high levels, Wall Street has doubts about the state of the economy. The Dollar rose during the American session on Friday and closed the week with gains across the board, expect the Yen.
EUR/USD finished the week with small losses after plunging on Friday, erasing previous gains. The pair failed to hold above 1.4300 and fell to 1.4280. Against Cable, the Euro finished the week at the highest level since late May, despite a correction on Friday that put an end to a streak of six days in a row with gains.
USD/CHF rose during the American session but the pair failed to confirm levels on top of 1.0600. Greenback lost previous gains and ended the week only a few pips above seven-month low (1.0530). It is the firs time in more than a year that USD/CHF ends a week below 1.0600.
